If you ever find yourself in a difficult moment or feel emotionally overwhelmed, please remember that you’re not alone and support is available. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and there are several services ready to assist you whenever you need it.

In case of emergency, you can contact:

  • Emotional First Aid Hotline (free, available 24/7): 116-123
  • Blue Line Child Crisis Foundation (available until age 24 via phone, email, and chat): https://kek-vonal.hu/
  • Petz Aladár University Teaching Hospital – Department of Psychiatry (9024 Győr, Vasvári Pál út 2–4; central number: +36 96 507 900). This regional facility provides both medical and therapeutic support not only in crisis situations but also for long-term mental health care.

  • In situations of immediate danger or suicidal intent, call 112 right away.

In all other cases, feel free to contact the university’s Alumni and Wellbeing Centre, where psychological consultations and mental health counseling are available for all students.
